The primary goals of this course are:
- to familiarise students with the key concepts and debates that shape the field of contemporary literary migration and mobility studies;
- to examine how gendered mobility and migration is represented in contemporary literary texts;
- to encourage students to ask critical questions about the interrelationships between gender, migration and mobility and literary textual practices.
