Overview Overview
 

This module aims to provide students wuthin an overview of the ways in which the substantive law of the European Union (EU) operates. It is divided into two parts:
1. Provides students with a general understanding of EU internal market law, as well as the four fundamental freedoms;
2. Aims to give students a basic knowledge and understanding of EU competition law, including state aid.


Any aspect of this module may be changed in any given academic year, subject to the discretion of the module lecturer.
