	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Identify key issues in the practice of statutory and constitutional interpretation. Critique the leading justifications for the imposition of punishment. Evaluate the proper relation of popular morality to legal normativity. Assess leading theories of the nature of the rule of law.
