This module is concerned with the manager’s role in complex, multinational environments operating within a dynamic, uncertain global environment. This module develops the student’s ability to effectively utilise the main analytical techniques and conceptual frameworks provided by contemporary international management theory and practice for multinational firms, across sectors and at different stages of maturity and growth. The application of international business management concepts and theories through using case studies develops the student’s analytical skills and understanding of managing international organisations.
