On successful completion of the module, students should be able to:

Discuss the key elements of corporate entrepreneurship and how it acts within the broad aspects of the large, multinational organisation;

Critically assess the managerial challenge of creating organisational environments supportive of corporate entrepreneurship, particularly as organisations grow and mature;

Appreciate the inter relationship between creativity, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship from a managerial perspective; and

Demonstrate an understanding of the main conceptual frameworks for assessing the constraints and opportunities within the organisation’s operating and business environment.
