This module involves student teams running a business in competition with other students in a computer simulation. Teams compete with each other to analyse markets, develop product specifications, plan and fund research and development, market products and organise sales channels. The simulation runs over multiannual strategic planning horizons and presents challenges very similar to those faced by general managers in industry. The module requires the application of financial, strategic, marketing, organisational, team, and leadership skills.
