This module is a capstone module and involves student teams running a strategy simulation. This simulation gives you the opportunity to manage an organisation as it struggles to remain profitable. You will work as a team to compete with each other to analyse markets and develop strategic plans, make functional decisions including marketing, operations, human resources amongst others, and respond to various incidents. The simulation runs over multi-quarter horizons and presents challenges very similar to those faced by general managers in industry. The module requires the formulation and implementation of a strategy, using your knowledge from a wide range of business modules that you have taken during your business degree.
