The world economy is increasingly characterised as a service economy. This is due to the increasing importance & share of the service sector in the economies of most developed & developing countries. Service design is a methodology which provides an in-depth & holistic understanding of customers to co-create meaningful experiences. By understanding the user’s key needs, designers can produce new & compelling services that are engaging, satisfying & desirable.

• Research, development, implementation & validation of a new service
