• Apply the principles of Human-Computer Interaction.
• Identify and apply appropriate methods to identify user requirements.
• Identify and apply appropriate evaluation techniques and undertake a usability and user experience evaluation.
• Capture and appropriately analyse findings.
• Produce mid-level fidelity prototypes and prioritise design recommendations and goals.

• Pass standard: 40%
• Could the result of this module be capped? Due to the continuous assessment component of this module, which requires consistent student attendance and applied practical work, Autumn repeat assessments are eligible to be capped.
• Penalties: Standard Dept of Design Innovation continuous assessment penalties apply, including individual component requirements. There is a 70% minimum attendance requirement. All individual assignment elements must be submitted.

• Are supplemental/resit registrations permitted? Yes
• There is no automatic repeat option in the Autumn for continuous assessment modules. Autumn repeat options are determined at the exam board and require written departmental permission first.
