The student will prepare and deliver a substantial research paper (to last c. 30 minutes) or an equivalent presentation, at the Philosophical Seminar or some other agreed venue within MU. The student will also be expected to respond appropriately to questions from the audience, and will subsequently offer a report on the experience in a form agreed with the doctoral supervisor.
