• Describe the business value of digital transformation in the context of organisation change.
• Use standard business analysis tools and techniques to measure current digital capability maturity within organisations.
• Critically analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative research data to diagnose organisational digital capability gaps.
• Apply Design Thinking methods to innovate a digital processes, solutions, and services.

• This module will be delivered on campus. There will be mixed mode on-campus and online lectures for four days which will consist of three 2-hour interactive lectures per day. This will facilitate participation from individuals who wish to join on campus, as well as who wish to learn from an off-campus location. Participants will also take part in two in-person workshops on campus on two consecutive days during the course. These workshops will run for 7 hours, i.e., 9.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm. Professional assessment will also require participants to be present on campus for an additional day at the conclusion of the programme (6 hours).
