Overview Overview

This module will examine the property rights of non-formal owners of land and housing, the majority of the population in many countries of the Global South.

This module will unpack the relationship of people to property: rural small holdings and urban informal settlements.
The module will examine case studies from Latin America, Africa and Asia.
