This Micro Credential is designed to facilitate participants to understand current concepts, policy and good practice relating to mediation. Participants will be introduced to the concept of mediation and the practical application of core skills and process. It will also introduce participants to the practice of mediation across a diverse range of situations, such as family; commercial; workplace; community; and peace-building. The course will provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills to develop and demonstrate, through assessment, professionally recognised mediation knowledge and skills.
