The objective of this capstone module is to unify the learning across the entire programme. Students work in teams to prepare an investment proposal for venture capital finance for their project. The business plan will include issues around: technology assessment and roadmapping; HR and organisational capabilities; market research and demand forecasting for the idea; management team and skills audit; marketing campaign planning; competitor analysis; scenario planning and financial planning.
